Women entrepreneurs encounter a multitude of challenges that stem from both gender and racial biases. They often face limited access to resources, capital, mentorship, technology, and networks, hindering their business growth. Additionally, cultural stereotypes and biases can create barriers to opportunities and equal treatment. These challenges necessitate targeted and tailored support systems. Through targeted support, these women are not only given opportunities but also the tools and resources necessary to transform challenges into successes.
